Iran Barkley and a Possible Comeback Fight
Former World Champion, Iran Barkley, came to Alpha Combat Gym with the intent of seeing if a comeback fight for him with Donald could be arranged. To Donald it seemed like he still had it in him to box. He would just need to be in the 195-200lb range by losing 20-30 lbs. Donald was investigating if a fight could be sanctioned in the near future.

Tim Skolnik will be continuing his return to the ring in another heavyweight battle soon. Krista Briggs will be fighting in Danbury on Dec. 10th and some of our other boxers will have various fights in the area in the months to come.

October 28th - The Return of Tim Skolnik
On October 28th Tim Skolnik returned to the ring in a 4 round battle of professional heavyweights when he took on fellow heavyweight, Kelvin Jenkins in Albany, New York.
The fight ended in a draw with both boxers working on defense and avoiding each others power.
